Scaling NoviGuide, our clinical decision support application for newborns, is about more than just the numbers. As we pass 70 hospitals and approach 300,000 uses, we remain focused on the heart of the work: meeting nurses where they are, understanding their decision-making under pressure, and recognizing the challenges they face. In Uganda and Congo, our partners have achieved incredible scale, but they approach every training as if introducing NoviGuide for the first time.
