Located in Ogden Utahour services have provided for veterans all overUtah and the intermountain area since HVF was founded in 1989. Our Vision Our vision is a community that is responsive to the needs of Veterans and their families. Our Mission Our mission is to provide a stabilized living environment counseling services and additional programs that will enable homeless veterans and veterans at risk of being homeless to return to selfsufficiency.
