One Yoga creates well-being and healing by providing an authentic yoga practice to individuals and populations who lack access to, cannot afford, or who have been historically under-served by the yoga community. We offer yoga classes In our studio, located in diverse South-Central Minneapolis, and in our Outreach Partnerships with community organizations in the Twin Cities. One Yoga places a special emphasis on partnering with organizations serving people who can be significantly helped by the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of yoga, but would not be able to pay for steady practice.
