Afrithrive Inc is a 501(c)(3) community-based non-profit organization dedicated to mobilizing, connecting, and empowering African immigrant families in the United States. Specifically, it operates in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia.

Overview

Founded in 2013, Afrithrive initially served as a community resource for African immigrants in Maryland and the greater Washington D.C. area who were concerned about their economic situation and the plight of their relatives in Africa. In 2019, it officially became a community-based non-governmental organization focused on relief and development programs for vulnerable families.
