To prevent cruelty to animals, to promote animal welfare, to educate the public about the humane care and treatment of animals, to increase public awareness of the companion animal over population issues and to provide solutions, to provide and raise funds for the support of the Pets Needing Parents Humane Society, to provide high quality shelter, and adoption services and seek professional medical attention for animals when necessary. To give humane care and treatment to all companion animals in the PNP service area needing shelter, and to seek appropriate homes and fosters for animals without homes. To instill respect, kindness, and compassion for animals as community values.
