We are a 501(c)3 nonprofit dedicated to improving canine lives in North Carolina through education and medical care. At Canine Community Outreach of North Carolina, we’re closing the gap between affordable spay/neuter and our community. By educating owners about and enabling spay/neuter, we improve lives - canine and human - and reduce the number of homeless dogs.
