Project Marilyn
Project Marilyn is a nonprofit 501(c)3 in Southern Nevada working to end period poverty. Project Marilyn, Inc. was founded to fight period poverty in Southern Nevada. Period poverty is defined as the lack of basic period products as well as basic hygiene facilities. Two in five people who menstruate cannot afford period supplies in a given year due to lack of income. Project Marilyn assembles and distributes period bags intended to have enough products for an entire cycle. We also distribute bulk items as needed. It is the mission of Project Marilyn to ensure everyone has a healthy and dignified period. PERIOD.
