Last week, 8th graders impressed their peers, parents/guardians and faculty as they presented their Capstone Projects—the results of their semester-long independent scientific explorations! 🔬🧫🧑‍🔬 Project topics ran the gamut of student interests—from scientific studies assessing the harmfulness of energy drinks ⚡️ and the ideal conditions for bacterial growth 🦠 to new product inventions, such as a squirrel-proof bird feeder 🐦 or safer lacrosse balls 🥍.
