Training Center Home Welcome to the UA Local 447 Training Center The United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices of the Plumbing and Pipe Fitting Industry of the United States and Canada UA is a multicraft union whose members are engaged in the fabrication installation and servicing of piping systems. There are approximately 340000 highlyskilled United Association members across North America. No other organization serves the training needs of the piping industry like the United Association. For over a century the UA has been training the most highlyqualified workers in the United States and Canada.
