We do not have a shelter, dogs are fostered in volunteers homes. The corporation is organized exclusively to foster the prevention of cruelty to animals and primarily to conduct activities that help to prevent cruelty to animals or to support and develop activities that prevent cruelty to animals, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code. Arizona Poodle Rescue was founded in 2003. As of January 1, 2022, we have taken in and placed 4520 dogs, mostly poodles and poodle mixes of all sizes with the help of a great group of volunteers and foster homes. We are an all volunteer group and our priority is to do what is in the best interest of each dog that comes into our rescue.
