Help families to fight cancer together in honor of Dr. Alex Porter. 🌈🎗️ Alex’s Sunnyside Playroom provides a family-friendly room in adult cancer hospitals. This service and space includes art supplies, toys, books, play structures, child-sized furniture, games, murals from commissioned artists, and family movies. The specific objectives and purpose of this organization shall be: a. to provide art supplies to create momentos as a family fighting cancer; b. to provide a space for children to engage with their parents or grandparents in the promotion and participation of the fight for cancer as a family within the adult hospital/clinic; c. to provide opportunities for participants to engage in recreational play, games, crafts, reading together; d. to sponsor, host and/or provide activities that promote the family staying together to fight cancer;
