Our primary mission is to reduce the number of feral cats in communities of the Owens Valley, CA. We use the best-practice technique that involves trapping, spay/neuter and return (TNR) of feral cats, and we also provide medical care for sick or diseased cats, vaccinations, and financial support for those who cannot afford TNR or other supporting services. Community services will include education, trapping services, adoptions, low-cost vaccinations, and spay/neuter services for feral and semi-feral cats.
