Nonprofit food rescue Pete's Garden is dedicated to reducing food waste in Kansas City by redirecting surplus food to provide free, healthy, take-home meals to local families. We recover wholesome prepared foods from restaurants, caterers, and food service operations, portion into family-size servings, package into take-home containers, and distribute through local social service organizations.
