MISSION: The mission of the Chaves County Health Council is to facilitate opportunities for communication and collaboration pertaining to community health CHAVES COUNTY HEALTH COUNCIL ASPIRES TO BECOME A VIABLE ALLIANCE TO STRENGTHEN AND ENGAGE OUR COMMUNITY IN CREATING OPPORTUNITIES FOR POSITIVE ACTION THAT ADDRESSES THE DISPARITIES SPECIFIC TO CHAVES COUNTY
