Cain International has awarded Plant Construction Company the contract for the Beverly Hilton Public Spaces Renovation as part of the 17.5-acre One Beverly Hills development. The design team includes master planner Foster + Partners, architect of record Adamson Associates, and interior designer David Collins Studio.⁠ ⁠ Upgrades to the iconic hotel will include enhancements to the reception and concierge areas, lobby, dining and retail spaces, event lounge and arcade, International Ballroom, Beverly Ballroom, Wilshire Ballroom, restrooms, new staircases and back-of-house rooms, pre-function areas, and meeting rooms.
