Tulsa Community Foundation In 1998 TCF was established to assist nonprofit agencies corporations individuals and families with flexible charitable giving solutions. We Serve You TCF is a collection of over 1500 funds varying in size from a few thousand to multiple millions of dollars. Each fund has its own identity and philanthropic purpose. Funds benefit from being invested with other funds to create a lasting community resource and benefit to the region.
