The PRC is the data repository and trainings liaison for substance use and misuse in Region 9. The Prevention Resource Center PRC is dedicated to capturing the needs of Region 9 communities by identifying gaps in resources current drug trends drug prevention resources and prevention training needs. Training Trainings include Health and Human Services Commision required trainings researchbased trainings39 narcan training and other training pertinent to the field of substance use and misuse.
