The Center for Advancing Leadership & Design BLueprints to Brilliance Welcome Welcome to The Center for Advancing Leadership Design What We Do Our History The Center for Advancing Leadership Design was founded in 2022 by a group of architecture engineering and planning professionals who saw a need for more access to the design fields for youth in our communities. Our mission Mission To illuminate train and certify students in the architecture engineering and design fields by partnering with local AEC firms and providing a workforce development track that leads to internship an entry levelposition or the pursuit of a degree within the field. Our Accomplishments Last year The Center for Advancing Leadership and Design launched and was pleased to host 4 students from Edison Tech during our pilot program. We are glad to report that of those 4 students 3 went on to be accepted into colleges majoring in Architecture and Engineering degree programs.
