Stockton Harbor Sailing Center Get on the Water. Mission Stockton Harbor Sailing Center began when a group of boaters in Stockton Springs Maine wanted to share their passion of being on the water and their love of the Stockton Harbor with the surrounding community. In August 2007 a discovery sail was held during which we took people out for an hourlong sail utilizing local skippers and their boats. There was an overwhelming response from the community.
