A Better Views reentry transition plans are designed to include steps for family reunification health and wellness including mental health needs substance abuse and addiction treatment stable housing transportation reading and writing services financial training continuing education and substantial employment. Our approach is holistic and multifaceted. Assessing the needs of program participants will be done by a Better Views case manager that information is then used to coordinate services monitor provide referrals evaluate success and advocate where there are gaps in support coverage.
