Everyone deserves a second chance. Ion joined Ready, Willing & Able in search of stability and opportunity. Struggling to find employment and a path forward, he found the support he needed through Computer and Career Essentials classes and a community that believed in his potential. He sharpened his skills by learning how to write a resume, submit job applications, and build the confidence to succeed. Today, Ion is a Peer Recovery Specialist at a rehab center.
