Whether you play or just want to listen, all are welcome. Bring your instruments, your voices, and good vibes! Tomorrow, 6/4/25 @ 6:15 pm-- Yoga in the Kennicott Rec Hall is BACK! Come join Meg Seifert and Katy Etterman. All levels welcome, $10-$15 suggested donation (cash only please), and all mats and additional equipment will be provided by the WMC. Thursday, 6/5/25 @ 7:30 pm in the Kennicott Rec Hall, Join Mike Loso, Wrangell St-Elias National Park Service Geologist, for an overview of the geologic history of the Kennicott Valley and an update on the latest findings about the Kennicott Glacier. Open to the public and particularly beneficial for local guides. Sunday 6/8/25 @ 6:00 pm in Porphryry Place on the WMC campus. Join Stephanie Sever for Sunday evening yoga. Memorial Day Weekend Recap! On Saturday, we had a great crew for our workday party. The energy was high, the sun was shining, and we got a lot done! Huge thank you to Stephens Harper---our fearless leader---and to everyone who showed up and helped out. On Sunday, we had the joy of walking through the McCarthy woods with naturalist Mark Vail, tuning into the songs of our feathered neighbors. Joined by a great crowd of locals, we spotted a total of 13 bird species! Thank you to everyone who joined us. Stay tuned for our June Calendar of events coming soon!
