Our goals are to increase awareness of OCD, support sufferers and those who care for them, and promote education and referral resources in Louisiana. OCD Louisiana, an affiliate of the International OCD Foundation, is a donor-supported organization run entirely by volunteers. We aim to provide education, resources, and support, increase access to effective treatment, and promote awareness about Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and related disorders (e.g. hoarding, body dysmorphia, trichotillomania, skin-picking). We strive to develop a community for those affected by these conditions, their loved ones, and the professionals who treat them.
