Hip Hop Congress Circa 1993 Hip Hop Congress (HHC) represents the merger of artists and students, music and community. The Hip Hop Congress mission is to use Hip Hop culture to inspire young people to get involved in social action, civic service, and cultural creativity. We uplift people and communities by inspiring and supporting artists, youth, and grassroots efforts via social engagement, educational programs, collaboration and cultural outreach through the diversity and inclusion of ​ Hip Hop culture.
