Overview Born Just Right, Inc., operating as Design With Us, is a U.S. nonprofit organization focused on empowering children with disabilities through design and STEM education. Mission The mission of Design With Us is multifaceted:

- BOOST Workshops: Design With Us offers workshops that provide hands-on design experiences for young people. These workshops are designed to be inclusive, accommodating students of all abilities. They have transitioned to virtual formats with opportunities for in-person activities and classroom integration.
- Youth Design Consultancy: Alumni from the workshops have established a youth design consultancy called Make Just Right, which offers insights to industries to enhance accessibility and inclusivity.
- Partnerships: The organization collaborates with various entities, such as the Cambridge Science Festival and Princeton, to promote inclusive design and raise awareness about disability issues.
Publications and Media Jordan Reeves, one of the co-founders, was featured in Marvel's Hero Project on Disney+, highlighting their work in empowering children with disabilities. Additionally, Jordan and Jen Reeves have co-authored a book, Born Just Right, which explores themes related to disability empowerment.
Rebranding Initially known as Born Just Right, the organization now operates under the name Design With Us, continuing its commitment to the original mission with renewed branding and focus.
