Weld works with the formerly incarcerated and those recovering from addiction to discover a new sense of belonging and thrive. #everyonebelongs Weld serves system-impacted individuals with peer-led programming created by and for those impacted. Our mission is to stabilize and empower formerly incarcerated individuals with housing, employment, and services essential for self-sufficiency, pursuing life aspirations, and contributing to our community.
