Community Healthcare of Texas
Community Healthcare of Texas gives comfort to patients and families facing serious illness and the end of life in carrying out its mission to provide compassionate care. Leaders in healthcare and philanthropy created Community Healthcare of Texas (formerly Community Hospice of Texas and Providence Hospice) in May 1996 with a vision: to ensure North Central Texans' access to high-quality care regardless of economic status, age or where they live. Within in a year, it was the largest not-for-profit provider of palliative and hospice care in Texas. Today we cares for 4,000 patients and families annually, providing adult and pediatric hospice and palliative care, grief care and more to families in 25 counties. Visit www.CHOT.org for more about the impact of COVID-19 and how to help.
