The organization began its journey 43 years ago in northeastern Oklahoma and has since expanded to serve 12 counties across the state. Over the years, it has grown from a local clinic to a comprehensive mental health provider with a presence in multiple locations.

These services include substance use treatment, behavioral health management, and integrated medical care. As a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC), GRAND Mental Health employs a large staff of healthcare professionals and support specialists.
