UNITED PEGASUS FOUNDATION
We work to rehabilitate off-the-track thoroughbreds, and provide a safe haven for those with injuries that prohibit them from ever being ridden again. The mission of the United Pegasus Foundation is to provide a safe haven for equines coming off the racetracks or horses that have been retired from breeding. The United Pegasus Foundation believes that no equine should be denied a second career or a dignified retirement, no matter the reason. Since 1994, we have proudly provided retirements, rehabilitation and adoptions to hundreds of former race horses, and thousands of other breeds, keeping them from an uncertain destiny.

United Pegasus Foundation Dedicated to providing a safe haven for Thoroughbred horses coming off the racetracks since 1994 New Tehachapi ranch beginning to take shape The new 52 acre Ranch acquisition located on WoodfordTehachapi Road in Tehachapi CA. Construction is more than half way there with our horses being transferred to their new home as paddocks are completed. This section of the property needs funding to complete the rest of the shelters. Our goal is to consolidate all of our horses at this one location.
