Promoting and protecting the property rights of Texas land owners, water, natural resources, property taxes and condemnation. We are a bi-partisan, nonprofit that advocates for and defends landowners and rural communities. TREAD COALITION IS A NONPARTISAN, MEMBER-BASED ORGANIZATION THAT ADVOCATES FOR LANDOWNER RIGHTS AT THE LOCAL, STATE AND FEDERAL LEVELS ON ISSUES LIKE PROPERTY TAXES, WATER RIGHTS AND CONSERVATION.

Advocating for Property Owner Rights Conservation means development as much as it does protection. Theodore Roosevelt We started the TREAD Coalition to create a unified voice for Texas landowners regardless of where our fence lines fall. ENERGY INFRASTRUCTURE TREAD understands the importance of the oil gas industry in Texas and the urgency around getting product to the market. We need a process that balances the industry with private property rights local economies public safety and natural resources.
