As the oldest organization of its kind for boys and music in Houston, Houston Boychoir (HBC) sets the level of excellence for artistic achievement and educational outcomes in children's performing ensembles. HBC serves all of Houston by reaching out to the population of the inner city and the outlying regions, melding the unique aspects of both constituents. Houston Boychoir challenges its members to be dedicated, focused, self-motivated, prepared, and punctual as they learn and perform the highest caliber of choral music. By believing in and placing high expectations on members, the HBC experience empowers and instills in boys a desire to lead and excel.
