The mission of AAHS is to foster the growth and sharing of knowledge of the diverse communities in the U.S. Southwest and Northern Mexico through time. The objectives of the Arizona Archaeological and Historical Society (AAHS) are: to encourage scholarly pursuits into the history and anthropology of the southwest United States and northwest Mexico; (see Schedule O for full mission statement)
