The mission statement reads: Texas Rural Leadership Program creates and delivers exciting and effective leadership develop programs for rural Texas and underserved communities. Our intent is to be the premier leadership development resource for rural Texas and to build capacity for long-term growth and sustainability of our programs and services through effective partnerships and collaborations. With a unique brand of inclusive leadership, active participants in TRLP, through completion of TRLP Leaders in Action certification, lead their communities into a new era of collective well-being, with a deep sense of valuing communal and personal assets.
