To improve the lives of residents of the Coachella Valley by mobilizing the caring power of the community to address health and human care needs. Based on this mission United Way of the Desert has developed the Community Impact Agenda which focuses on the most essential needs of the Coachella Valley. That agenda is Education: preparing youth to succeed; Health Care: Providing Healthy Solutions; Income Stability: empowering people to Self-Sufficiency, Restoring Stability inTimes of Trouble, and Strengthening Families.
