The GTU community came together in radiant celebration on May 22 for this year’s Commencement Exercises, honoring the 27 graduates whose work spans the breadth of the world’s great religious and wisdom traditions. From sacred song and eco-justice to theology and quantum physics, the research shared was as moving as it was interdisciplinary—proof that the GTU remains a beacon of bold, boundary-crossing scholarship. The ceremony featured stirring speeches, including Dr. Eduardo Fernandez’s reflection on “Living Faith Traditions: Wellsprings of Life” and GTU graduate Aaron Terris Grizzell’s call “Toward a More Just Union.” From invocation to benediction, the gathering was a luminous expression of hope, resilience, and shared purpose. If you missed it or want to relive the magic, you can watch the full recording of the livestream and view the full gallery of photos at commencement.gtu.edu. (fb)
