Today is World Multiple Sclerosis Day, and we’re holding space for Janes navigating the complexities of MS and those seeking healing outside traditional systems. MS can bring symptoms like pain, spasticity, bladder dysfunction, and fatigue; symptoms that are often under-treated or misunderstood. For some, medical cannabis becomes more than just an alternative, it becomes part of someone’s daily ritual. Research shows certain forms of THC and CBD, specifically non-inhaled cannabinoids, may offer modest relief for spasticity and pain. But with c@nn@b!s, the conversation is never one-size-fits-all. There are risks. There’s stigma. And there’s still so much we don’t know. But here’s what we do know: You have the right to choose how you heal. You deserve care that honors your lived experience. You are not alone in seeking answers. At This Is Jane Project, we believe in trauma-care, survivor-led education. Check out our latest carousel for evidence-based info on medical cannabis and MS and share your story with us below. Whether you’re using cannabis for symptom relief or still exploring, your voice matters here. (fb)

This Menstrual Hygiene Day, we’re showing up for all who bleed: women, trans, non-binary people, and other Janes navigating the layered experiences of menstruation. Because for many of us, periods don’t just come with cramps. They come with trauma, shame, silence, dysphoria, disregulation, or a deep disconnection from our bodies. At This Is Jane Project, we believe in trauma-care period equity where care means compassion, access, and education that doesn’t leave anyone out. 🌿 Menstrual hygiene isn’t just about products: it’s about finding what’s right for you. 🌿 Period care shouldn’t re-traumatize: it should restore. 🌿 Everyone deserves to feel seen in their bleeding experience: not compromised. So today, and every day, we hold space for the complexity. The grief. The beauty. The reclamation. We uplift Janes. We challenge the systems that gatekeep access. We remind our community: you are not alone in this. (fb)
