TIJP is a healing-centered community of women and non-binary trauma survivors. THIS IS JANE PROJECT IS A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION THAT OPERATES AT THE INTERSECTION OF STORYTELLING, COMMUNITY, AND ADVOCACY. ITS MISSION IS TO EMPOWER WOMEN AND NON-BINARY TRAUMA SURVIVORS BY ILLUMINATING THEIR EXPERIENCES, FOSTERING SUPPORTIVE COMMUNITIES, AND PROVIDING TRAUMA-INFORMED PROGRAMMING. THE ORGANIZATION ENVISIONS A WORLD WHERE THESE INDIVIDUALS RECOGNIZE THEIR INHERENT POWER AND RESILIENCE. THROUGH ITS EFFORTS, IT AIMS TO ELIMINATE BARRIERS TO HEALING AND UPLIFT THE LIVES OF THOSE IT SERVES.

This Menstrual Hygiene Day, we’re showing up for all who bleed: women, trans, non-binary people, and other Janes navigating the layered experiences of menstruation. Because for many of us, periods don’t just come with cramps. They come with trauma, shame, silence, dysphoria, disregulation, or a deep disconnection from our bodies.

Today is World Multiple Sclerosis Day, and we’re holding space for Janes navigating the complexities of MS and those seeking healing outside traditional systems. MS can bring symptoms like pain, spasticity, bladder dysfunction, and fatigue; symptoms that are often under-treated or misunderstood. For some, medical cannabis becomes more than just an alternative, it becomes part of someone’s daily ritual.
