The Teaching Well
The Teaching Well works with schools, non-profits, and companies across the country to create thriving ecosystems that more effectively support their teams. We empower school systems to more effectively support, retain and leverage their teams. Sustaining our teachers is critical to student achievement, attendance, and wellbeing. Our work addresses burnout, retention, and the staffing crisis. We strengthen staff culture in schools through retention-focused services, such as coaching, personal and professional development, as well as trauma-informed mental health supports. We also consult with districts, nonprofits and corporate teams to enhance resilience strategies and communication within teams, especially across identity differences.
