Lisa works closely with our President & CEO in strategic planning and program development, providing oversight across the agency and stepping in as acting CEO when needed. What sets Lisa apart is not just her deep experience, but the way she shows up for others. She’s passionate about creating a space where both staff and clients feel seen, heard, and supported. Lisa is a steady source of encouragement, always working to ensure our team thrives both professionally and personally while remaining connected to their purpose. Outside of The Wellspring, Lisa lends her voice and vision to the wider community through local and statewide boards focused on youth services and family well-being.
