Home - Mississippi Healthcare Alliance English Spanish Home The Mississippi Healthcare Alliance represents a statewide initiative with the vision to unite healthcare stakeholders to bring about an alignment of efforts that reduce morbidity mortality and cost associated with problematic diseases. The MHCA initiated their first focus of efforts on cardiovascular disease by implementing a statewide STEMI network in 2010. In 2014 the stroke network began and continues to grow and develop. Since then we have added two more collaboratives with Out of Hospital Cardiac Arrest and most recently a Sepsis Collaboration to provide standard of care guidelines to reduce mortality morbidity and financial strains.
