1. To provide free yoga classes and yoga training designed to enhance physical, mental and spiritual development and educate on the benefits of yoga, to indigent individuals experiencing stress or trauma, school-aged children, at-risk youth, and underserved population and; 2. To conduct humanitarian outreach programs and projects to benefit impoverished and underserved populations.
