Our purpose is to provide life-changing support to persons with dementia and their caregivers in Smith County. Founded in 1982 and guided by the vision of all people impacted by Alzheimer's disease and related dementias living with meaning and purpose, the Alzheimer's Alliance of Smith County provides a variety of programs and interventions designed to meet the needs found in Smith County. The mission of the Alliance is to walk beside all those seeking our help throughout their journey with Alzheimer's and dementias.
