REHABILITATION OF MENTALLY ILL, ELDERLY AND PHYSICALLY CHALLENGED STREET PEOPLE. CREATING AN ENVIRONMENT OF SUCCESSFUL LIVING BOTH ON AND OFF THE STREETS, AND MAINTAINING THIS CONDITION.
