Blanket Coverage is a family run non-profit outreach ministry that has been working with the homeless and low income in Portland, OR since 1987. REHABILITATION OF MENTALLY ILL, ELDERLY AND PHYSICALLY CHALLENGED STREET PEOPLE. CREATING AN ENVIRONMENT OF SUCCESSFUL LIVING BOTH ON AND OFF THE STREETS, AND MAINTAINING THIS CONDITION.
