TO PROMOTE AND SUPPORT THE WELFARE OF THE NATIOND VETERANS AND THEIR SURVIVING SPOUSES AND ORPHANS THROUGH YOUTH PROGRAMS (PATRIOTS PEN, VOICE OF DEMOCRACY, SCOUTING, ETC.) AND TO PROMOTE ALLEGIANCE TO THE GOVERNMENT OF THE UNITED STATES AND FIDELITY TO ITS CONSTITUTION AND LAWS.
