BALA CYNWYD HOME AND SCHOOL ASSOCIATION
Serving the 62,000 residents of Lower Merion Township & Narberth, LMSD enjoys a longstanding reputation as one of the finest school systems in the US. Serving the students of Lower Merion and Narberth by encouraging excellence and building belonging. The purpose of the BC HSA is to further cooperation and understanding between the Bala Cynwyd Middle School and student guardians (home); to enrich and strengthen quality education for all students; to connect with other district schools or organizations to work towards a common purpose; and to connect with and work cooperatively with administration to further the educational aims of the school and district. In pursuit of these goals, the BC HSA: • Acts as a liaison between the home and school, • Offers a forum for presentation and discussion of school and district issues, • Enhances a sense of community within the school, • Represents Bala Cynwyd Middle school in the community, • Encourages, recruits and organizes parent leadership.
