Each 1 Teach 1 E1T1 is a BIPOC womanled 501c3 nonprofit organization based in Frederick Maryland. Through a traumainformed lens we provide underresourced and atrisk children and their families with vital socialemotional learning SEL skills through yoga meditation and mindfulness activities. E1T1 utilizes the evidencebased CASEL Collaborative for Academic Social and Emotional Learning framework which is grounded in research and principles of child and adolescent development. These programs are scientifically evaluated and have been proven to produce positive outcomes helping youth grow socially emotionally and physically.
