Our team of highly skilled nurses, physicians, counselors and volunteers are here to provide comfort, dignity and choice for every patient, every time, regardless of their race, age, faith, diagnosis or ability to pay.

Today the notforprofit agencies of Wilshire Health Community Services are keeping that promise by providing comprehensive home health and hospice care physician services and safety net community support services for thousands of patients families and clients in SLO and Northern Santa Barbara Counties. During our 75 plus years of caring weve continually expanded our services and our reach to serve more and more of our neighbors at different points in their care journey.
