Spreading Impact Across Systems and Communities Dispersion Philanthropys mission is to support philanthropic and social impact by providing learning opportunities and flexible services to support the sector. Dispersion works with diverse stakeholders in four areas Leadership development and education. The philanthropic sector is evolving fast with more activity and greater need for ways to improve the practice and impact of giving. To support the talent of the sector Dispersion will be launching programs to increase the breadth and diversity of those able to serve the growing number of families and institutions committed to positive social change.
