The organization serves as a resource for colleagues around the state in this profession. We meet together at an annual conference to engage in professional development and networking activities which rely on both in and outofstate professionals speakers and sponsors. NCAIR was formed in January of 1973 with the ratification of the Constitution and Bylaws of the organization.
