Woof was formed in 2003 to help address the plight of homeless abused sick injured and abandoned animals in New York City. The majority of these animals are turned into the Animal Care and Control shelters.

Willow's owner decided to surrender her to the shelter on 11/15 due to having a newborn baby and moving to a building that does not allow pets. Now, this sweet and tiny girl is fearful in the shelter and is seeking placement with a rescue who can help her to feel safe while she awaits her furever home. In the shelter, she is fearful and is still awaiting a behavior assessment, but you can view her owner profile below.
