Rasika Society for Arts of India
rasika is a dynamic nonprofit, organization, incorporated in the State of Oregon with federal exempt 501(c) (3) status. rasika was founded with a mission of promoting and educating Indian arts and culture in the state of Oregon. Rasika's primary exempt purpose is to promote, present and educate the public on the arts and culture of India primarily in the State of Oregon. This is accomplished by presenting lecture demonstrations, workshops and presentation of folk and classical music of India and dance concerts by master artists from India and other local Indian artists resident in Oregon and from all over the US. The distinguishing feature of this organization is its mission to provide education/outreach of the Indian arts and culture. Rasika celebrated the 25th year anniversary with more programming and support that enabled us to increase our gross for this fiscal year 2023-24. We increased the visibility of the organization and started newer programs.
